The death of Ketan Agarwal, son of industrialist Vishal Agarwal, at Lohagad Fort in Pune has now been proven to be a case of murder rather than an accident. According to the police, his fiancée Siya Goyal and her friend Chetan Chaudhary allegedly hatched a conspiracy to avoid the marriage and pushed Ketan into the fort’s gorge.

The duo had got engaged in February and a royal wedding was soon to take place in Jaipur. Initially reported as an accident, the murder conspiracy was uncovered following the family’s suspicions, technical evidence gathered during the investigation, witness statements, and other inputs.

The police have arrested Siya Goyal and Chetan Chaudhary. According to officials, both confessed to the crime during interrogation, and further investigation into the case is underway.
